Announcement: In her statement, Laura also admitted that she will be moving back to the UK, after having set-up home in Dubai with the Another Level singer, 42

The reality TV star first crossed paths with the Out of Your Mind hitmaker - who was previously in a relationship with Emma-Jane North and has 23-year-old son Kai with her - at a party but split from him six months after getting together when she discovered he had been seeing someone else.

She said: 'We weren’t in a relationship at that point, and we never said we were exclusive, but I was disappointed, so I confronted him and ended it.'

Following the initial split, Laura signed up to appear on the fourth series of ITV2's hit reality dating show Love Island and eventually placed runner-up alongside Paul Knops behind winners Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer, but is said to have called that relationship off when she heard reports that he had a secret girlfriend.

Laura then set up home with former boyband singer Dane in Dubai and although she thought she could 'never trust' him again, went on to receive fertility treatment in the hopes that they could conceive a baby together.

On/off couple: After a string of failed relationships, Laura turned to Dane for comfort and her feelings for him soon turned romantic earlier in 2021
