Collaborator Vitalii Hura, the Russian-appointed so-called "deputy head of the civil and military administration" of occupied Nova Kakhovka in Kherson Oblast, has died in hospital after being shot.

Details: Representatives of the occupiers informed journalists of Hura's death.
The attack on the collaborator happened on Saturday near his home. According to RIA Novosti’s source within the "district administration", unknown assailants shot Hura several times, presumably from a Makarov pistol. Bullet casings from this type of gun were found at the scene.
Background: Earlier on Saturday, Russian Kremlin-aligned media had reported that there had been an "assassination attempt" on Vitalii Hura, the Russian-appointed so-called "deputy head of the civil and military administration" of occupied Nova Kakhovka in Kherson Oblast. He was in a critical condition in hospital.
